President’s Message

Dear snowmobilers,

We are putting a lot of effort into maintaining the quality of the Magog snowmobile trails, both in terms of development and maintenance and surfacing. We want the Eastern Townships region to have an excellent reputation for encouraging snowmobilers to travel through the beautiful region of Magog and Eastman via St. Catherine de Hatley, some or the beautifulness Snowmobiles trails in the Eastern Townships. Our circuit joins the snowmobile clubs of Sherbrooke, Coaticook and Valcourt.

The maintenance of the snowmobiling is a job that occupies us through the full year but very intensively when we get closer to the winter season. We have to walk all the snowmobile trails to make sure there are no broken trees preventing us from passing, we have to do repairs of the various bridges that we cross, we have to install the signage and the sticks in all the trails of Memphremagog. We need to communicate with the various authorities so that all the trails comply with the regulations in force.

We also have to meet land owners who give us the privilege to cross their property. Of course, without them, it would be impossible to make snowmobile in the beautiful region of Memphremagog.

Thank You, and we look forward to meeting you on our beautiful trails in the Magog region!

Patrick Côté, president
